“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.” Revelation 12:11

The Vision

Every movement begins with one step — and one person willing to lead it. Starting a Quest meeting means creating a safe place where people can encounter Christ, find freedom, and grow together in discipleship. It’s not about perfection or performance — it’s about presence. When believers gather with humble hearts and open Bibles, transformation happens.

What Is a Quest Meeting?

A Quest meeting is a weekly or biweekly small group built around The Quest to Become Recovered curriculum. Each group journeys together through 36 lessons that lead participants from bondage to freedom, and from believer to disciple to leader. Meetings are simple, structured, and Spirit-led.

Why Start a Meeting?

Because recovery and discipleship aren’t meant to happen alone. Every Quest meeting becomes a local expression of the Kingdom — a well of living water in your community. When you lead a Quest, you’re digging a spiritual well where others can come, drink, and be renewed.

John 4:14 (NKJV) — “But whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.”

How to Start a Quest Meeting

  1. Pray First
Ask the Lord if He’s calling you to lead. The Quest isn’t just a program — it’s a ministry of the heart. God doesn’t call the qualified; He qualifies the called.

  2. Complete the Leadership Course
Before leading a Quest meeting, every leader must attend Leading the Quest: The Heart and Calling of a Servant-Leader.
This one-day training is offered the 3rd Saturday of every month, both in person and via Zoom. Lunch is provided for in-person sessions.
The course equips you with the vision, structure, and spiritual principles needed to lead effectively with humility and authority.

  3. Register Your Meeting
Fill out the short form below to let us know you’re ready to start. We’ll help you get listed, connect with new members, and access leader resources.

  4. Gather Your Group
Begin with 3–10 people who are hungry for transformation. You don’t need a church building — Quest meetings can meet in homes, coffee shops, or recovery centers.

  5. Follow the Format
Each meeting follows the same simple structure: Prayer, Declaration, Lesson, Discussion, and Closing. This keeps the focus on Christ and community.

  6. Stay Connected
Join the Quest Leaders Network for ongoing support, updates, and resources. You’ll never lead alone.

The Commitment

2 Timothy 2:2 (NKJV) — “And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.”
